2. Fund Transfer
When you're ready, you transfer your investment funds to Little Brick Capital. For example, if you invest £10,000, we allocate that capital into a bespoke LEGO portfolio built specifically for long-term growth.
3. Intelligent Portfolio Building
Using our proprietary LEGO investment database, AI tools, and five years of tracked performance data, we select a balanced mix of sets. The aim is to target strong projected returns while hedging against volatility using a combination of proven winners and promising newcomers. You're not just getting random boxes, you're getting a data-backed strategy.
4. Acquisition & Ownership
Little Brick Capital goes out and purchases the sets on your behalf. We source efficiently, often through bulk arrangements, retiring stock, or specialist sellers. You own the sets outright, Little Brick simply manages the buying and quality control. We ensure the boxes are in excellent condition, correctly handled, and stored appropriately from day one.
5. Secure Storage & Insurance
Your LEGO portfolio is held in clean, secure, monitored storage. Each portfolio is fully insured for its retail and growing market value. A separate storage and insurance charge is billed upfront to cover the first three years, keeping things simple and predictable.
6. Fees & Returns
Little Brick Capital charges a one-time fee of 5% on the capital invested. In the example above, a £10,000 investment would include a £500 fee. That remaining £9,500 is then deployed into carefully selected LEGO assets. Based on past performance and portfolio structure, that £10,000 could potentially grow to £25,000 or more within just a few years, depending on the sets selected and market movement.
